1. Giriş

İşbu Gizlilik Sözleşmesi, Omorfos AI ("Platform", "biz") tarafından omorfos.ai web sitesi ve ilgili hizmetler aracılığıyla toplanan kişisel verilerin korunması, işlenmesi ve kullanılmasına ilişkin politikaları açıklamaktadır.

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla hareket etmekteyiz.

9. Veri Saklama Süresi

Kişisel verileriniz, işlenme amaçlarının gerektirdiği süre boyunca ve yasal saklama yükümlülükleri çerçevesinde muhafaza edilir. Hesabınızı silmeniz halinde verileriniz makul bir süre içinde sistemlerimizden kaldırılır.

10. Değişiklikler

İşbu Gizlilik Sözleşmesi'nde yapılacak değişiklikler web sitemizde yayınlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer. Önemli değişiklikler hakkında kayıtlı e-posta adresinize bildirim yapılır.
